Dispatch & Delivery Policy
Dispatch Information
You will be notified by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders after 2pm: Will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery attempt: If you are not available to receive your order, due to the nature of our products, the courier cannot leave your parcel in a safe place. On some occasions, they may leave it with a neighbour.
Delivery Information
Delivery times: Monday to Friday, between 7:30am – 8:00pm.
No weekend or public holiday deliveries.
Special timed deliveries: Not available in the UK or Northern Ireland.
No PO BOX deliveries.
While we always aim for timely delivery, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, especially during busy periods.
Missed Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable, the driver will attempt delivery the next working day.
Normally, two attempts will be made.
A message with a contact number will be left for you to reschedule delivery.
If no contact is made, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
Redelivery or Refunds
Redelivery requires an additional delivery fee.
If you no longer wish to receive your order, a refund will be issued minus the delivery and return fees.
Customer Responsibilities
Ensure all delivery and contact information provided is correct before placing your order.
Dnrskin is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
Dnrskin is not liable for lost or stolen parcels during transit, though we will support you in resolving the issue with the courier.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for arranging delivery with their domestic courier if required.
Dnrskin will not be liable for orders seized by customs or delayed due to product regulations in your country.
