Dnrskin Returns Policy
At Dnrskin, we guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 5 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in a saleable condition.
Important: Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. These rules ensure all our customers receive brand new, high-quality professional skin care products directly from the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Dnrskin will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit applied to your original payment method within 10 days. While most refunds are faster, processing times depend on your bank or card provider. Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend sending returns via recorded delivery to ensure safe transit. Dnrskin is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Returns that arrive in poor condition or without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
